Anyways I quit working a “real” job about two months ago to play online poker professionally. I had some family medical emergencies that I had to help pay for recently , along with monthly bills, this puts me where I am at now. I just cashed out 3k to pay for bills this month leaving me with exactly $84.72 in an online poker account. The challenge is to run this miniature bankroll into a sizable bankroll that I can sustain my living off of. This is a pretty ridiculous challenge I will be putting myself through, but I know I can do it. I will be trying to put in around 10k hands a day, 7 days a week starting at 5NL, putting in this much volume, winnings+rakeback I think I should be able to sustain even though the beginning at 5NL-10NL I’ll be living on that Ramen Noodle diet and it will be hell, kinda sucks going to from spending as much money as I want everyday to living on a budget because of family medical bills, ballin on a budget till I can get ballin foreal again. I have a two monitor setup, a 24″ and a 22″, I will be 9 tabling on my 24″ and watching netflix or browsing the web on my 22″. Why only 9 tabling and not more you say? Because I can only fit 9 tables on my monitor and putting 16 or 24 tiled across two monitors gets really stressful on your neck and wrist looking back and forth and scrolling all over the place after long sessions, and I dont like stacking cash games because you can’t observe the other players when you stack. I think 9 tables for me right now is optimal, but since its such a low number of tables I estimate I will having to play 12+ hours a day to achieve 10k hands a day. I assume I will be splitting my days into two six hour sessions, its gonna be a fucking grind. I start tomorrow whenever I wake up, this is going to being fucking ridiculous, I hope I can maintain my sanity.
